Full-time Inside Sales Professional 

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services.  The representative will process customer phone orders, check availability of stock, shipping dates, quote pricing, fill orders to customer specifications and process sales data via computer.  Additional duties include assisting outside sales staff by preparing price quotes and sourcing product. 

Qualified candidates should have 2+ years industrial MRO supply product knowledge (knowledge of gaskets and seals and/or terminology a plus), sales experience and excellent communication skills.  The representative should be aggressive, able to work independently and have experience performing basis inside sales functions.  Prior inside sales/customer service experience, data entry skills, organization, multi tasking and customer focus is required.
