Inventory Management (VMI)

Munaco's Inventory Management Process is designed to help our Customers reduce their inventory on hand, while maintaining product availability.  This process includes working closely with Customers to determine appropriate reorder points and quantities.  To further reduce our Customers' on-hand inventory, Munaco will work with our Customers to determine those critical items that need to be maintained as 'allocated inventory' (items held exclusively for a Customer).  Munaco can also establish dedicated Customer Kanban's and assemble ready to use production kits.
