Inventory Management
Munaco's Inventory Management Process is designed to help our Customers reduce their inventory on hand, while maintaining product availability. This process includes working closely with Customers to determine appropriate reorder points and quantities. To further reduce our Customer's on-hand inventory, Munaco will work with our Customers to determine those critical items that need to be maintained as 'allocated inventory' (items held exclusively a Customer). These items will not be available for other customers without the prior consent. Munaco can also establish dedicated Customer Kanban's and assemble ready to use kits to reduce costly 'picking time'.
